American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PACU position requiring Level I Trauma experience, critical care background, and current TNCC, PALS, and ACLS certifications.

PACU unit within an acute care hospital setting
-
Adult and pediatric patient population
-
Shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (11:00 AM–11:30 PM)

On-call requirements include 2 eight-hour weeknight shifts and 1 twelve-hour weekend shift per six-week schedule, plus 1 summer and 1 winter on-call shift

May float to the GI or pain center if needed

Charting system: Cerner Aecis Surgi Net
-
13-week contract
-
Active PA or Compact RN license required
-
Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
-
Minimum 2 years of PACU or critical care experience required

Level I Trauma experience required

ICU background required
-
SICU, MICU, or CTICU experience preferred
-
2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
