Audi and Ultra Luxury is now hiring for an Automotive Detailer/Car Washer.
The Automotive Detailer/Car Washer is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles. From exterior washing to interior detailing, the position plays a vital part in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and vehicle presentation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Clean and refurbish new and used vehicles, including washing the exterior of vehicles using cleaning solutions, water, cloths, and brushes.
- Provide waxing to auto body services using a cloth or buffing machine.
- Vacuum interiors of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris.
- Clean upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces using cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices.
- Responsible for detailing customer vehicles and sales vehicles as required.
- Responsible for making sure that all serviced vehicles are washed and inspected for cleanliness before a customer picks up the vehicle.
- Ensure inventory is properly merchandised, cleaned, and displayed for maximum customer appeal in accordance with dealership display standards.
- Support the Velocity Valet Technicians Team by assisting in other duties as assigned to provide direct “hands-on” assistance and support to the Service/Sales/Parts departments.
- Replenish vehicle fluids as needed and perform minor vehicle assistance.
- Maintain supplies inventory.
- Other duties assigned.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
- Model superior customer service behavior for all Sales and Service staff by maintaining positive working relationships within the Department and throughout the organization.
- Present recommendations to the team and assist in implementing quality initiatives.
- Become a brand ambassador by having extensive brand and product knowledge to help cross-sell, up-sell, and grow customer relationships to foster loyalty.
- Create customer and employee interactions that foster positive outcomes.
- Provide support on any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Detailer experience required.
- Experience as a porter, driver, and customer service is preferred.
- Proven record of dependability.
- Superior work ethic and professionalism.
- Results-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast paced-environment.
- Must be able to work and have a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable abstract.
- Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
