Position Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Fast-Food Cooks and Shift Leaders who are highly motivated, self-driven, and ready to hustle. Because we operate with a small, efficient crew, every team member counts. We need individuals who bring a strong sense of urgency, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask seamlessly between the kitchen and the front counter.
Note on Attendance: On-time arrival and consistent reliability are strictly enforced here. We respect our team's time, and we expect the same in return.Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and cook menu items quickly and accurately according to Miami Grill standards.
- Multitasking: Seamlessly switch between cooking, food assembly, restocking, and cleaning duties.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent, friendly service to our guests, ensuring their orders are correct and their experience is great.
- Kitchen Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation. Follow all food safety guidelines.
- Shift Leadership (For Shift Leader Applicants): Overlook daily operations, manage the small crew, handle cash drawers, and ensure the shift runs smoothly and efficiently.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Proven experience working as a cook or supervisor in a fast-food or fast-casual restaurant environment.
- Urgency & Pace: Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure during peak rush hours.
- Reliability: A track record of being punctual and dependable. You are someone the team can count on.
- Independence & Motivation: A self-starter who sees what needs to be done (cleaning, prepping, stocking) and does it without needing constant direction.
- Team Player: Happy to work closely with a small crew, helping out wherever needed to get the job done.
