Job Summary
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Medical Assistant, where you will be assisting our Functional Neurologist during treatment and day to day operations. At Alight, we work with pediatric patients with neurological difficulties such as autism spectrum, ADHD, anxiety, dyslexia, learning disabilties, etc. As Medical Assistant, your enthusiasm and dedication will directly impact patient care and clinic efficiency. Responsibilities
- Create a warm and inviting environment for patients by greeting them and their families.
- Assist the doctor during patient evaluations and treatment with professionalism and precision.
- Administer non-invasive treatments such as laser therapy, oxygen therapy, etc.
- Assist the doctor with basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, scanning documents, and answering phone calls.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization protocols to uphold safety standards throughout the clinic.
- Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems while respecting confidentiality.
