Looking for a bright, fun, friendly person old to join our team. This position is 10-20 hours per week to start. Work in an old theater making people happy by serving artisan gelato, cocktails, boozy shakes, and desserts!

Job Duties:
* learn and perfect all of the front of the house positions: scooper, register, milkshakes, barista, dining room, and dish.
*work under pressure during peak times
* perform side work duties and cleaning with excellence
* create a guest experience that makes people want to return to Dolce with their friends
* follow proper dating, product rotation, and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
* must be at least 16 years or older. Over 21 is a plus, plus, plus. We do serve alcohol.
* this is a second shift position with shifts between 12:30pm and 10:00pm. We do a staggered start with shifts starting at 12:30pm, 5pm, and 7pm.
* must be available Saturday and Sundays evenings, and the First Friday of every month after 5pm.
Qualifications:
* must be eager to interact with guests in the diningroom and patio, checking in with them, prebusssing tables, getting refills, and offering more drinks and items.
* must be friendly, professional, and kind
* must be a team player
* serving, food service, or customer service experience a plus, but not required.
* For those over 21, bartending experience is not required. Our cocktail menu is small and we will train. We are a gelato shop that serves alcohol, not a bar that serves gelato.
* ability to multi-task and stand on your feet for up to 8 hours
* ability to work with focus, especially during rush periods
