Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Recruiter to join our team and drive talent acquisition initiatives across various departments. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier clinical and administrative talent, ensuring alignment with our high standards of excellence. Your expertise will help shape our workforce by building strong candidate relationships and managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
Duties
- Utilize platforms like Indeed to manage recruitment workflows efficiently.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies through social media management, cold calling, campus recruitment, and market trends analysis to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments for clinical staff recruitment, HR sourcing, and executive recruiting efforts.
- Collaborate closely with C-suite executives and department managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Manage candidate relationship management (CRM) systems to nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate employment contracts, offers, and employment terms while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law.
- Lead onboarding processes including employee orientation, contracts signing, employee evaluation, and training & development initiatives.
Experience
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within human resources or talent acquisition roles.
- Strong familiarity with HRIS systems such as Paylocity.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for clinical positions as well as general administrative roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels.
- Knowledge of employment law in talent management, employee relations, and HR sourcing best practices.
- Experience managing teams of recruiters or collaborating with cross-functional teams on staffing projects.
- Ability to analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and stay competitive in talent acquisition efforts.
