About The Pitch
The Pitch is Idaho's largest indoor soccer facility, offering a variety of programs to the soccer community in the Treasure Valley. Our front desk staff are the first face every player, parent, and team manager sees when they walk through our doors.
What You'll Do
As Front Desk staff, you’ll keep The Pitch running smoothly by:
- Setting the tone by welcoming players, parents, coaches, referees, and guests.
- Checking players and teams in for leagues, training, camps, and other programs
- Assisting with registrations and basic payments
- Answering questions and helping customers throughout the facility
- Helping our leagues and programs stay on schedule
- Assisting with registrations and basic payments
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized and running smoothly
- Performing regular facility and restroom checks
- Handling everyday customer concerns professionally
- Looking for opportunities to make someone's experience at The Pitch better

Soccer knowledge is a plus, but it isn't required. Exceptional customer service is more important to us.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
18 years of age or older.
Friendly. Reliable. Professional. Helpful. Proactive.
Previous customer service experience is helpful, but we're much more interested in who you are and how you treat people.
If you're the type of person who remembers someone's name, notices when someone needs help, and naturally makes people feel comfortable and welcome, we want to meet you.
