What You’ll Do:
- Welcome customers with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
- Clearly communicate service recommendations, timelines, and costs
- Prepare accurate repair estimates and obtain proper work authorizations
- Upsell parts, services, and accessories with product knowledge and trust
- Maintain a strong understanding of vehicle systems and manufacturer service schedules
- Build lasting customer relationships through honesty and top-tier service
- Work collaboratively with technicians and service teams to ensure timely repairs
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity and customer care
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a big plus!
- Polished, professional appearance and demeanor
- Proven track record of customer satisfaction and performance
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Pay: $60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
