We're partnering with AAction Home Repairs & Restoration, an independently owned fire and water restoration company that has been serving homeowners across Maryland, Washington D.C., and Southern Pennsylvania since 1994.
Unlike many restoration companies backed by private equity, AAction has remained family-owned for over 30 years, building a reputation for quality work, long-term employee development, and treating both customers and employees the right way.
As a preferred vendor for multiple insurance programs, AAction provides a consistent pipeline of restoration projects ranging from water, fire, smoke, mold, and storm damage through complete reconstruction. They're now looking to add experienced Project Managers to support their continued growth.

What You'll Do
- Manage residential and commercial insurance restoration projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal production teams
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Communicate project updates throughout every phase of restoration
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably
- Manage multiple active restoration projects simultaneously
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the claims process
What We're Looking For
- Previous Project Management experience in insurance restoration
- Strong understanding of insurance claims and TPA programs
- Experience managing fire, water, mold, smoke, or storm restoration projects
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation when needed
