We're looking for an experienced Regional Leasing Specialist to support leasing operations across approximately 900 apartment homes across a Region. - Support leasing efforts across multiple apartment communities
- Conduct engaging property tours and help convert prospects into residents
- Assist onsite leasing teams with prospect communication, application processing, and lease execution
- Help ensure every prospect receives an exceptional experience from first contact through move-in
- Partner with Property Managers to support occupancy goals
- Multifamily leasing or property management experience preferred
- Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology
- Reliable transportation for local travel between communities
