Your role as a veterinary CSR is crucial to our animal clinic. You’re the first and last face our clients see when they walk in the door, so people skills and a friendly personality are essential! Veterinary experience is a plus, but not necessary; however, a love of animals definitely is! You also must have excellent computer, telephone, and communication skills.
Your duties will include checking clients in for their appointments and checking them out after the appointment, answering and making phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with any other tasks necessary, and yes, sometimes we get to play with puppies and kittens!
This role also requires you to work different shifts, such as mornings (opening), afternoon into evening (closing) and some Saturdays.
Requirements include, being able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds, flexible availability, and great customer service skills!
