Minimum of 5 years’ experience in heavy equipment service, with proven skills in mentoring mechanics and resolving complex repair issues
Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills for client interactions.
Must be able to still work on equipment
In-depth knowledge of heavy equipment systems, including fuel, hydraulics, electrical, engines, and transmissions; experience working with Komatsu is a plus
Proficiency with OEM diagnostic software and tools
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Eagerness to adopt new techniques and technologies in equipment maintenance
Valid driver’s license, high school diploma (or equivalent), and ability to pass background, drug, and MVR checks
Able to read, write and communicate in English
Able to carry and lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to travel as needed for training; less than 10%
