We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for showcasing and leasing residential properties to prospective tenants, providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire leasing process, including conducting property tours, engaging with potential residents, handling inquiries, and processing lease applications.
A strong understanding of the local rental market and community amenities will enhance your ability to communicate effectively with prospective tenants. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service or sales-related position
- Previous experience in residential property management is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Knowledge of leasing procedures, sales techniques, and market trends
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using leasing software ResMan
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to conduct property tours and effectively showcase amenities
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed
- Bilingual (ENG / SPA)
