Same Day Awards is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Production Associate / Engraving Specialist to join our team! If you enjoy hands-on work, are comfortable with technology, and take pride in producing high-quality work, this could be a great fit.
In this role, you’ll help create personalized awards, plaques, trophies, and engraved products for customers. No laser engraving experience? No problem — we provide training! We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, great attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and fulfill personalized award and engraving orders
- Operate laser engraving equipment (training provided)
- Prepare customer engraving layouts and documents
- Assemble awards, plaques, and other products
- Organize and manage inventory for assigned orders
- Receive and process incoming inventory shipments
- Help customers with in-store pickups and walk-in requests
- Answer phones and live chat inquiries as needed
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and production-ready
- Work independently while also supporting the team to meet daily goals
- Conduct regular preventative machine checks
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new technology
- Ability to multitask and stay efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed

Education & Experience:
· High School Diploma or GED
