The CMMS Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support facilities, maintenance, and operations teams. This role ensures the accuracy of asset data, work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, reporting, and system performance. The CMMS Administrator serves as the primary system expert, providing user support, training, data analysis, and process improvement recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.

Compensation: $50,000.00 annual salary (US Dollars)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Administer and maintain the CMMS platform, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.

Manage asset data, equipment records, locations, and maintenance histories.

Create, update, and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and work order workflows.

Monitor work orders, service requests, and maintenance activities to ensure timely completion.

Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), maintenance trends, and operational performance.

Collaborate with facilities, operations, and maintenance teams to identify system improvements and process efficiencies.

Support data imports, audits, and system updates.

Troubleshoot CMMS issues and provide technical support to end users.

Develop and deliver user training and documentation for CMMS processes and best practices.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and asset management standards.

Coordinate with vendors and IT teams regarding system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.

Assist with budget planning by providing maintenance and asset-related reporting.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

2+ years of experience administering CMMS, facilities management, maintenance operations, or related systems.

Experience with CMMS platforms such as Maximo, Corrigo, eMaint, FMX, SAP PM, or similar systems preferred.

Strong understanding of asset management and maintenance processes.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Experience analyzing large datasets and producing operational reports.

Excellent organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
