T/C Arms is one of America's most respected names in firearms manufacturing. As we continue our exciting growth and expansion, we're looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to help build the financial infrastructure supporting two rapidly growing manufacturing operations.
This is more than a traditional accounting role. You'll partner directly with executive leadership, operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive financial accuracy, improve manufacturing performance, and help scale an iconic American company.

What You'll Do
As our Senior Accountant, you'll lead key accounting functions while serving as a trusted financial partner across the organization.
Financial Accounting & Close
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
- Prepare and post journal entries while maintaining accurate general ledger activity
- Perform account reconciliations, research discrepancies, and ensure GAAP compliance
- Maintain documentation supporting financial reporting and audit readiness
Manufacturing & Cost Accounting
- Manage inventory valuation using average or standard costing methodologies
- Analyze inventory transactions and prepare related adjusting entries
- Partner with Operations to improve physical inventory accuracy
- Support Bills of Material (BOMs), labor routings, outsourced processing, scrap reporting, and manufacturing cost analysis
- Analyze material, labor, overhead, and departmental spending variances to improve profitability
Cash Management
- Oversee daily cash activity including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Monitor banking activity and perform cash reconciliations
- Manage invoicing, collections, vendor setup, payment processing, and aging analysis
Capital Assets & Compliance
- Lead fixed asset accounting and capital expenditure tracking
- Coordinate financial data for annual audits and tax reporting
- Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Business Partnership
- Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, HR, and executive leadership
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
- Document and improve accounting workflows and ERP processes
- Serve as the finance team's ERP subject matter expert for financial transactions and reporting
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of GAAP and full-cycle general ledger accounting
- Experience with manufacturing cost accounting and inventory valuation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including reporting, analysis, and financial modeling
- Experience working within an integrated ERP system such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multiple manufacturing facilities
- ERP implementation, migration, or system optimization experience
- Strong understanding of product costing and manufacturing operations
- Experience working with audits and financial compliance
