Do you have a Heart for Hospitality? We have an immediate openings for Front Desk Customer Service Agent and Shuttle Driver.
All Shifts
Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
This position involves the following requirements:
- Must be at least 24 years of age
- Must have a valid unrestricted drivers license
- Must be willing to Cross train in other departments
- Must be willing to drive Hotel Shuttle
- Excellent Customer Service
- Team Player
- Strong Verbal and communication Skill
- Assisting in the check-in and check-out procedures
- Answering phones
- Assisting with booking reservations or assisting guests
- Processing payment for hotel guests
- Assisting and directing hotel guests in person and via phone
- Greeting hotel guests in a warm, friendly, and professional tone
Candidates have:
- Prior hotel front desk experience (preferred)
- English language proficiency - Spanish a plus
Skills:
- Computer proficiency, professional phone etiquette
- Must work well in a team setting, have the ability to work at a fast pace, have a strong work ethic and dependability
- Knowledge of hotel front desk procedures and processes
- Must possess a positive demeanor to suitably work in guest services

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
