Position: Automotive Service Advisor / Writer
Location: Kansas City, MO
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $54,000 and up (commission based on experience and performance)
Bonus: $400/mo. Vehicle Car Payment Assistance!!

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
- Perform vehicle walkarounds with customers and document concerns accurately to support proper diagnosis and service.
- Recommend necessary services and maintenance, including applicable promotions and available options.
- Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicle, including estimated completion times, service costs, and any updates.
- Document declined services and schedule follow-ups for future appointments.
- Ensure a seamless vehicle delivery experience, addressing all customer questions and concerns.
- Provide concierge-level support for in-person and phone inquiries.
- Maintain a strong understanding of vehicle features and functions to assist customers effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
