What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning – 30%
Collaborate with Next executive -level leadership on strategic marketing approach, guiding translation of client goals to the Business Solutions team, activation teams, and media partners
Account Management – 1 0 %
Relationship Development & Management – 3 5 %
Team Management & Supervision – 20%
Provide ongoing, real-time, performance feedback to Director/VP, Director to ensure continued team growth
Training & Development – 5%

Salary Range: $3,269.00 to $4,423.00 a week. A successful applicant’s actual weekly or hourly rate may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
