Position Summary
The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading team members, and ensuring consistent execution of company standards. This is a hands-on, hourly, non-exempt role that actively participates in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations while providing leadership and direction to the team.

As an Assistant Manager, you will:

Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations

Lead shifts by directing team members and ensuring efficient workflow

Provide coaching, feedback, and support to Crew Members and Shift Leads

Deliver and model excellent guest service; resolve guest concerns professionally

Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding of team members

Ensure product quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met

Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, deposits, and reporting

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering, receiving, and stock management

Maintain compliance with company policies and all applicable federal, state, and local laws

Step into operational roles (front-of-house and back-of-house) as needed to support business demands

Help drive team performance, accountability, and operational consistency
Preferred Qualifications

Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong organizational and time management skills

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Compensation
Pay Range: $15.00 per hour – $20.00 per hour
Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs.
This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
