In this full-time role, you'll work closely with physicians and pharmacy providers to coordinate medication management, therapeutic interchanges, and prior authorizations that support safe, efficient resident care. This position is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys collaboration, problem-solving, and helping ensure residents receive appropriate medications while maintaining compliance with facility protocols.
Monday-Friday schedule
Non-bedside RN position
No clinical on-call responsibilities
Earn $105,000-$110,000 annually
Collaborate closely with physicians and pharmacy providers

Coordinate medication management activities for new admissions and medication orders
Review medication orders to ensure alignment with the facility formulary and medication profile
Coordinate therapeutic interchange processes with physicians and pharmacy providers
Facilitate prior authorizations and medication-related communications
Communicate medication updates with the interdisciplinary care team
Support compliance with medication-related regulations
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Active RN license required
Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, hospital nursing, pharmacy coordination, or medication management preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
