Job Title: Claims Rep #1006785
Location: Richmond Virginia 23219(Remote)
Shift Timings: Training will be 8am-4:45pm M-F for the first 3.5-4 weeks.
9:15am - 6pm after training is over.
Duration: 6 months contract with possible extensions or conversion
Job Responsibilities:
- Must be able to communicate with empathy
- Ability to effectively manage high call volumes (approximately 75 – 90 calls per day).
- Ability to utilize keyboard, mouse and computer for up to 6-8 hours per day
- Ability to utilize phone and/or virtual meeting platform for approximately 6-8 hours per day
- Ability to perform simple grasping including handwriting, paper manipulation, sorting, folding, etc. periodically throughout entire workday.
