Do you love helping children learn, grow, and discover the world around them? Kiddie Academy of Sanford is looking for enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated educators to join our NAEYC-accredited preschool community.
Whether you're nurturing an infant's first milestones, guiding preschoolers through hands-on learning experiences, or creating exciting activities for school-age children, you'll play an important role in helping shape confident, curious, and successful learners.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create fun, engaging, and age-appropriate learning experiences
- Foster a classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Build strong partnerships with families through open communication and collaboration
- Implement activities inspired by our Life Essentials® curriculum
- Maintain a positive, organized, and nurturing classroom environment
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of every child in your care
What We're Looking For
We're seeking team members who are passionate about early childhood education and committed to making a difference every day.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CDA, FCCPC, or degree in Early Childhood Education (or currently pursuing)
- Completion of Florida's 45 DCF training hours
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working in a preschool, childcare center, or educational setting
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Positive attitude, reliability, and genuine love for working with children
