Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling techniques.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other cooking tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in meal preparation within a restaurant environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
- Proficient in using kitchen equipment, including knives and cooking appliances.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other staff members.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus but not required.
