What You’ll Do
- Assemble custom lithium battery packs designed for UAV/drone applications
- Solder, weld, and connect cells and components following precise specifications
- Inspect and test batteries for quality, safety, and performance
- Shrink wrap, label, and prepare batteries for shipping
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with the engineering and quality teams to improve processes and product design
- Document builds and provide feedback to improve production efficiency
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality, reliable products
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and read technical specifications
- Comfortable working with your hands and small tools (soldering experience is a plus but we will train)
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Open to learning new skills and taking on new challenges
- Prior experience in electronics, manufacturing, UAV/drone tech, or military service is a plus, but not required
