$42.50/hour to start | $50/hour after 90 days
We're looking for a skilled Lead Carpenter who takes pride in their work and can hit the ground running. This is a hands-on role with real earning potential for the right person.
What you'll be doing:
Framing hip roofs and cutting hip stair stringers. Finish carpentry. Leading the work with minimal supervision and a high standard of quality.
What we need from you:
You have your own reliable vehicle and your own tools — miter saw, circular saw, drill, and table saw. You know what attention to detail actually means on a job site, not just on a resume. You're self-motivated and don't need someone standing over you to get it done right. Occasional overtime and weekend availability when the job calls for it.
Where: Anne Arundel County and surrounding areas
Pay: $42.50/hour starting rate, increasing to $50/hour upon successful completion of 90 days
