Full-time 40 hours, 1st shift, flexible schedule, weekend and holiday rotation
POSITION: Responsible for the day to day operation of the Dining Services Department
SUPERVISES: All Dining Services Staff

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Licensed Dietician or willingness to achieve the same.
- One year dietary experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related facility preferred.
- Demonstrates effective communication skills with staff, residents and the public
- Demonstrates ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relations with all staff and residents.
- Demonstrates excellent judgement, problem solving skills and independent decision making skills.
- Ability to adjust and follow standardized recipes.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to perform simple calculations.
- Willing to work beyond normal working hours, on weekends, and in other positions temporarily, when necessary. Flexible schedule is required.
- Regular attendance and presence in the building is required.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English language.
