Studio1+ is an architectural firm located in Orlando, Florida that specializes in commercial and residential design projects. Our projects range from ground up new design, additions, and remodels.
Our clients include the Central Florida theme parks, Airports, custom home builders, and private developers. Our projects are located throughout the state of Florida.
We are looking to hire an architectural designer with a minimum of 10+ years of Revit and AutoCAD experience who is interested in working on all aspects of a projects development. You'll be responsible for site walks, developing concepts, and putting together permit drawings under direction from a Project Manager and/or Architect.
Responsibilities include:
- Development of concept plans and construction documents. Will be responsible for production work.
- Documenting meeting minutes.
- Coordinating with internal drafting team.
- Residential and commercial projects.
- Site visits
The job is a work from home position but candidates must be located in the Orlando area and will be required to perform site walks, attending meetings, etc.
