Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Poke Me Palos Verdes location. The Manager will oversee staff, ensure operational excellence, and deliver outstanding customer service while embodying our brand’s values. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader with a passion for food and team management.
Responsibilities
Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and supervise staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability.
Customer Experience: Ensure every guest receives exceptional service and a high-quality poke bowl. Address customer feedback promptly and professionally.
Financial Oversight: Monitor sales, manage labor costs, and handle cash reconciliation to meet financial goals.
Brand Standards: Uphold Poke Me’s brand standards, including food quality, presentation, and store cleanliness.
Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of fresh ingredients.
Qualifications
