Regional Sales Representative
Location: Remote (must be near a major airport)

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
Our client is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Representative to drive new business, develop strategic partnerships, and manage key client relationships within the healthcare and employee benefits industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business through brokers, consultants, and employer networks.
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
- Manage RFP/RFI opportunities and support the sales process.
- Deliver presentations and represent the organization at industry events.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 10+ years of sales experience in healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits required.
- Knowledge of self-funded health plans, PBMs, and employee benefits required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills required.
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to travel up to 50% required.
