Work Hours for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer

Monday - Thursday 9:00AM - 5:00PM

At times, stay later on Tuesdays for auction sale day prep

At times, come in early on Wednesday mornings for auction day prep

Friday 9:00AM - 1:00PM
Responsibilities for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer
-
Review vehicle inspection data and photos to write detailed condition reports.
-
Identify damage, wear, or discrepancies using provided guidelines and industry standards.
-
Ensure reports meet internal quality control standards and client requirements.
-
Work with field staff and inspection teams to clarify findings when needed.
-
Submit timely, polished reports that support vehicle sales, leasing, or valuation processes.

Complete 20 to 30 condition reports daily
-
Work as PSI or Arbitration inspector on sale day.

Performs other duties as necessary.
Requirements:
Requirements for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer

Ability to work outside during all weather conditions.
-
Ability to bend, reach, stand, walk and lift up-to 20 lbs. without difficulty.

Regular and consistent availability and attendance.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Must possess a valid driver’s license, for duration of employment.

Need to pass pre-employment screening.
