Responsibilities
- Open the restaurant promptly, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked for breakfast service
- Prepare and set up breakfast stations with fresh ingredients, beverages, and necessary utensils
- Greet early-morning guests warmly and assist with their needs to foster a positive first impression
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area and kitchen stations
- Monitor inventory levels of breakfast supplies and communicate replenishment needs to management
- Assist in coordinating with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy morning hours
- Follow all safety procedures and health regulations diligently to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
Requirements
- Ability to arrive early and work efficiently during morning hours in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift
- Prior experience in hospitality or food service is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices preferred
