Duane Morris LLP seeks a litigation associate with gaming law experience to join its nationwide gaming sector practice to support litigation and regulatory matters for gaming industry clients, including consumer class action, gambling loss recovery actions and mass arbitrations, as well as state Attorney General and Gambling Commission actions and investigations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-6 years of experience in the areas of gaming law and technology. This position is flexible as to location, however bar admission in jurisdiction of the Duane Morris office where situated is strongly preferred.
The target annual pay range for this role is $225,000-$325,000. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris' total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages, and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
