West Coast Fence Pros is a growing fencing company serving Thurston, Lewis, Mason, Pierce and surrounding counties. We specialize in cedar, chain link, vinyl, ornamental iron, gates and custom fencing projects for residential and commercial customers.
Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to install fence posts, panels, and gates
- Install various types of fencing materials including wood, vinyl, chain link, or ornamental fences
- Ensure all installations meet safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment used during installation
- Assist with other construction tasks such as caulking, trim carpentry, or concrete forming as needed
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers and crew members
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining quality workmanship
- Measure and mark fence lines according to project layouts
Experience
- Proven experience in construction site work or fencing installation preferred
- Hands-on experience with carpentry, masonry, roofing, or concrete finishing is beneficial
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools specific to fencing and general construction projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
