C&S Machine is hiring an NDT Technician to support production by supporting department and organizational objectives. This role contributes to efficient operations by completing work accurately, safely, and in alignment with company policies, procedures, and values.
The NDT Technician works collaboratively to ensure responsibilities are carried out promptly and effectively to support overall business operations.
What you’ll do:

Operate equipment and perform basic maintenance within your assigned work cell.

Conduct and interpret digital radiographic inspections to ensure product quality and compliance.

Operate, calibrate, and support radiography and other NDT inspection processes.

Review work instructions, document results, and maintain accurate inspection records.

Verify product quality, first article requirements, and process changes.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized 5S work environment.

Follow ISO 9001, AS9100, safety, quality, and company standards.

Communicate effectively with team members and report production or quality concerns.

What we're looking for:

High school diploma or G.E.D. or currently attending high school while working within our co-op program
-
Digital X-Ray Level I NAS410 (400 hours OJT and 40 classroom course hours) preferred
-
Basic math knowledge
-
Problem-solving skills
-
General knowledge of Microsoft Office products

General knowledge of ERP and HR software systems

Understanding of gauging and tooling applicable to the department, such as indicating micrometers, test indicators, gauge blocks, and depth micrometers

Familiarity with casting and welding defects
