MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Position Overview
The Maintenance Supervisor ensures the physical property is visually impeccable and functionally sound, while leading and developing the on-site maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure the physical property is visually impeccable and functionally sound
-
Maintain general knowledge and troubleshooting skills across:
-
HVAC
-
Electrical
-
Plumbing
-
Appliance repair
-
Customer service
-
Guarantee make-readies are completed to company standards
-
Ensure preventative maintenance deadlines are met, as outlined by the Regional Maintenance Supervisor
-
Communicate daily with the Property Manager
-
Schedule all vendors and service appointments
-
Create and maintain the on-call schedule
-
Maintain accurate inventory and associated records
-
Prioritize response to work order requests
-
Actively participate in the maintenance team group text
-
Attend monthly conference calls, quarterly in-person team meetings, and semiannual in-person team training
-
Serve as backup for the Regional Maintenance, and Maintenance Supervisors at other properties
-
Lift or handle 80–100 lbs on a regular basis
This is a safety-sensitive position.
Requirements

EPA certification required
-
HVAC certification preferred
-
Driver's license preferred
-
English language proficiency preferred
-
Must be able to relocate to Little Rock, AR 72210 prior to start date (required)
