Grounds Crew Assistant

Milford Hills Hunt Club is looking for a dependable, hardworking Grounds Crew Assistant to join our team.
If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and having something different to tackle every day, this is the job for you.
What You'll Do
- Mowing, trimming, landscaping, and general property maintenance
- Maintain hunting fields, trails, and sporting clays courses
- Operate mowers, tractors, skid steers, ATVs/UTVs, and other equipment
- Assist with game bird care, handling, and field operations
- Help with property improvement and maintenance projects
- Equipment, shop, and facility upkeep
- Snow and ice removal throughout the property, including plowing, shoveling, and salting
- Assist with events and other club operations as needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and dependable attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to perform physical, hands-on work
- Equipment, farming, landscaping, construction, or maintenance experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Weekend availability during peak seasons
- Willingness to work occasional early mornings, late nights, or extended hours when weather conditions require snow and ice removal, or for any demand of the business
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
