Are you a dependable night owl who enjoys providing excellent customer service? Comfort Suites is looking for a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Overnight Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who works well independently, has great attention to detail, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
As the Overnight Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the hotel operates smoothly throughout the night while providing exceptional guest service and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Check guests in and out using the Choice Advantage property management system.
- Verify guest identification and method of payment before check-in.
- Process payments, post charges, and maintain accurate guest folios.
- Complete the nightly audit and balance all daily transactions.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with reservations and questions.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Communicate with housekeeping and management regarding room status and guest requests.
- Complete all required reports and overnight paperwork accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area.
- Monitor hotel security and ensure a safe environment for guests throughout the overnight shift.
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Choice Advantage is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Comfortable working overnight hours.
