As a Lead Infant Teacher, you will play a critical role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment where infants thrive and families feel supported.
Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants
- Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Implement age-appropriate learning experiences through play, music, language, and sensory activities
- Follow individualized feeding, sleeping, and diapering schedules
- Maintain accurate daily reports and classroom documentation
- Build strong partnerships with families through daily communication and updates
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
Collaborate with fellow teachers to maintain a high-quality classroom environment

Qualifications
- Minimum two years of professional childcare experience required
- Experience working with infants strongly preferred
- CDA, Associate Degree, or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and actively engage with infants throughout the day
- Passion for creating meaningful early learning experiences
