Florida East Coast Sales Manager

PPRG Holdings is looking for a sharp, high-energy Florida East Coast Sales Manager who knows how to drive performance, build relationships, and help agents level up.
This is not a back-office manager role. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can lead by example, coach, challenge, support, and bring structure to a growing sales environment. You’ll work directly with agents on accountability, 1-on-1 coaching, sales strategy, pipeline review, and database performance, while also helping support company-wide onboarding and training initiatives in partnership with our Sales Enablement Manager.
We’re looking for someone who is polished, driven, people-savvy, and confident enough to lead from the front, while still being approachable, energetic, and fun to work with.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coach agents through regular 1-on-1 accountability and performance conversations especially around lead sources such as Zillow Preferred where metrics are a key factor for success
- Help improve pipeline management, CRM consistency, follow-up habits, and sales execution
- Support agents with real-time sales strategy, deal support, and conversion opportunities
- Review database activity and help drive smarter follow-up and cleaner systems
- Reinforce expectations around professionalism, responsiveness, and production standards
- Assist with onboarding new agents and helping them ramp up the right way
- Support company-wide training, role-play, and education initiatives
- Help bridge the gap between training and real-world execution
- Work closely with the Florida Sales Manager and Sales Enablement Manager to strengthen agent development across the company
What We’re Looking For
- Active Florida real estate license
- Strong real estate sales background with leadership, coaching, or management experience
- Someone who can connect with agents, earn trust quickly, and hold people accountable
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Strong sales instincts, strong communication, and strong follow-through
- Organized, sharp, coachable, and confident
- Able to work with both newer agents and experienced producers
- A leader who brings energy and professionalism without being overly corporate

Compensation
- Base salary plus incentive bonus
- Performance-based bonus tied to accountability, coaching effectiveness, training support, and business results

Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
