Duties
- Conduct thorough manual scans of assigned areas, including parking lots, streets, and other designated zones, to locate targeted vehicles.
- Use sharp visual observation skills to identify vehicles based on specific descriptions, license plates, or other distinguishing features.
- Maintain constant awareness of surroundings to detect suspicious activity or unauthorized vehicle movements.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate vehicle recovery efforts efficiently and safely.
- Document vehicle sightings accurately, including time, location, and vehicle details, using standardized reporting procedures.
- Assist in the retrieval process by guiding recovery teams to target vehicles or providing location updates as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and legal guidelines during operations to ensure compliance and personal safety.

- Physical stamina to stand, walk, or move for extended periods during shifts.

- Basic understanding of vehicle types, license plates, and related terminology is preferred but not required.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Age: Must be at least 21 years old (for insurance and compliance purposes).
- Driver's License: Valid Alabama Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
- Vehicle & Gear: Reliable, fuel-efficient personal vehicle (if using own vehicle) with active auto insurance, and a modern smartphone with GPS capabilities.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of local roads, excellent observational skills, basic mobile app literacy, and high ethical standards.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evening, night, and weekend shifts (when target vehicles are most likely at rest).
