ASSOCIATE DENTIST Opportunity – Privately Owned, General Practices
We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our privately owned, non-corporate dental practices. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated clinician who values leadership, advanced dentistry, and genuinely caring for patients in a predominantly out-of-network environment.
About Our Practices
Our offices are faith-based, relationship-driven, and focused on doing what’s right for each patient—not just production quotas. We are not corporate and take pride in being a privately owned practice where clinical autonomy and patient outcomes come first. The practice is highly technology-driven and offers comprehensive care in a supportive, growth-oriented setting. You’ll work with an experienced Super GP dentist who provides hands-on mentorship, with skills ranging from general to advanced All-on-X cases.
We have grown so far to 2 locations: Dentistry By Design at 3013 E Renner Rd, Richardson, TX 75082 and Rowlett Smiles at 7100 Rowlett Rd, Rowlett, TX 75089. You will have the opportunity to work with great dentists in both locations!
