We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support operations planning, process improvement initiatives, and technology-driven solutions. Responsibilities
- Meet with business teams to understand current processes, workflows, and operational challenges
- Shadow users and document how work is performed across departments
- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop current-state and future-state workflow documentation using tools such as Visio
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for development teams
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams throughout solution design and implementation
- Coordinate projects from initial discovery through testing, deployment, and rollout
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and implementation activities
- Manage multiple workflow improvement projects while maintaining timelines and priorities
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and technical partners
- Recommend process improvements and solutions that enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- Experience working as a Business Analyst in a business or technology environment
- Experience with process improvement, workflow analysis, or operational optimization
- Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements
- Ability to analyze processes and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Visio or similar workflow mapping tools
- SQL experience
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools
- Experience with Decisions Platform
- Experience with Jira
- Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT)
