Seeking knowledgeable and motivating Speed & Agility Instructors to lead performance-based training for youth athletes. The instructor
will focus on developing movement fundamentals, coordination, acceleration, and injury-prevention techniques in a safe, encouraging environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead structured training sessions focusing on sprint mechanics, footwork, balance, and coordination.

Design age-appropriate drills that improve athletic performance across sports.

Teach safe technique and movement habits to reduce injury risk.

Create a supportive, goal-oriented environment that promotes individual growth.

Track athlete progress and adjust training as needed.

Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and program staff.
Seasonal position with initial commitment to the following camp sessions:
June 15-19 (AM and PM camps)
June 29 - July 2 (AM and PM camps)
July 27-31 (AM and PM camps)
Possibility of other coaching opportunities may arise.
