Current Opportunities & Pay Rates: Maintenance Technicians
$22.00 - $42.00 per hour
- Multiple experience levels available
- Industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and welding experience welcomed
Forklift Drivers
Starting at $21.50+ per hour
- Pay based on experience
- Previous forklift experience required
- Manufacturing and warehouse experience preferred
Extrusion Operators
Starting at $19.00+ per hour
- Pay based on experience
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills a plus
Shift Premium
Night Shift Employees Receive an Additional 10% Shift Premium!

2/2/3 Schedule
- Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Support production uptime and continuous improvement initiatives
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and line improvements
Forklift Driver Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts in a manufacturing environment
- Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support production operations
- Complete daily equipment inspections and safety checks
Extrusion Operator Responsibilities
- Operate extrusion equipment to produce high-quality building products
- Monitor machine performance and product specifications
- Perform quality inspections and basic troubleshooting
- Support safety and continuous improvement initiatives
