Job Description
O'Brien's Oyster Bar & Seafood Tavern is seeking a dependable and professional Late Night Security Officer to help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for our guests and staff during our busiest nights.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the entrance and restaurant throughout the shift.
- Check IDs when required.
- Maintain a safe and respectful atmosphere for guests and employees.
- Calmly and professionally handle disruptive situations.
- Escort intoxicated or disorderly guests off the premises when necessary.
- Conduct routine walkthroughs inside and outside the restaurant.
- Work closely with management to ensure a safe closing each night.
Qualifications
- Previous security, military, law enforcement, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended period
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
