Duties:
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming cannabis products for accuracy, quality, and compliance
- Accurately intake all products into the POS system
- Verify manifests, transfer documents, COAs, batch numbers, weights, and package IDs
- Ensure all products meet OLCC rules and regulations prior to intake and sale
- Confirm correct product categorization (flower, concentrate, edible, vape, etc.)
- Validate THC/CBD content, serving sizes, strain information, and labeling accuracy
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory, manifests, and POS records
- Maintain precise inventory counts and update adjustments as needed
- Communicate intake issues promptly with management, vendors, and compliance staff
- Organize and stage products for labeling, storage, and sales floor transfer
- Maintain strict chain-of-custody and compliance documentation
- Follow all SOPs related to intake, storage, recalls, and audits
- Support OLCC inspections and internal audits with accurate records
- Maintain a clean, organized intake and storage area
- Uphold confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail at all times
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE OLCC MARIJUANA WORKERS PERMIT
-MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPEREINCE IN THE INDUSTRY
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in technology or electronics sales
- Proficient in using POS systems and other retail technology tools
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus
- Ability to maintain professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service
