Job Summary
Assures that the processes, products, and services meet and adhere to the organization, industry, and customer requirements. Responsible for the performance of activities such as creation of data books, review and approval of documents for adequacy prior to issue, ensures relevant versions of applicable documents are available at points of use, maintain record traceability, scan, file etc.
Responsibilities
- These include but are not limited to:
- Ensure that documentation requirements are met.
- Expedite requests received via email, phone, in-person.
- Log incoming work orders placing them in numerical and date order.
- Detailed review of work orders, corresponding reports, non-conformance, engineering document waivers, etc.
- Accurately number and log work order review completions and discrepancies in Access database.
- Scan documents, properly name, and store in designated electronic and/or physical locations.
- Correspond with Quality Control inspectors as needed.
- Identify and solve documentation/traceability discrepancies and escalate as needed.
- Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with company HSE standards and procedures.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Quality Records Supervisor and/or QHSE Manager.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent Job experience (years and type of experience):
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Adobe Professional
- Basic clerical functions such as scanning, filing, sorting files in numerical order

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
