As an Authorized AT&T Retail Dealer, our Customer Success Representatives work inside retail locations, helping customers discover the best AT&T wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do as a Customer Success Representative
- Welcome customers inside a retail environment and create a positive first impression
- Educate customers on AT&T wireless devices, mobile plans, home internet, and entertainment services
- Identify customer needs and recommend personalized AT&T solutions
- Complete new customer activations, upgrades, and account changes
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every interaction
- Stay current on AT&T promotions, product launches, and technology
- Meet individual and team sales goals in a fun, competitive environment
- Participate in daily coaching, product training, and professional development
- Represent AT&T with professionalism and integrity as a Customer Success Representative
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable speaking with customers in a retail setting
- Reliable transportation to travel to your assigned retail location
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus—but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and advance into leadership
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age due to company policy and/or legal requirements.
