We are hiring CDL-A drivers - trainees, new graduates, and experienced drivers for a dedicated local position delivering Target refrigerated freight out of Rialto, CA. This is a true local position - you are home every day. Hourly pay means your paycheck is consistent regardless of miles. Immediate openings - 5 positions available.
PAY
- $23.00-$28.50 per hour based on years of experience
- Average weekly earnings: $1,600 - $1,800

JOB DETAILS
- Position: Full-Time - Dedicated Local Solo
- Customer: Target
- Equipment: Reefer Target dedicated trailers
- Freight: Refrigerated freight - live unload and preload at Target store locations.
- Home Time: Home every day
- Shift: Both day and night shifts available
- Schedule: Start times vary based on daily route assignments
- Routes: Local deliveries to Target stores in the area - Inland Empire based
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- No experience required - recent CDL graduates are welcome
- Experienced CDL-A drivers are encouraged to apply
- Must live within 50 miles of Rialto, CA (zip 92376)
- Solo drivers only - no teams
- Flexibility with variable daily start times required
- Clean driving record
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
- No special endorsements required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver refrigerated Target freight on dedicated local Inland Empire routes
- Perform yard hostler duties at the Rialto distribution center
- Live unload at Target store locations on each delivery
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections including reefer unit check
- Maintain accurate ELD logs
- Follow all DOT regulations and safety policies
- Communicate with dispatch on route progress and delivery status
